Come get a great workout with Jackie on Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:15am and 10:15am. The class incorporates : warm up, range of motion movements, intermediate level intensity aerobic exercise and resistance training in the water. Jackie has a flare for FUN and you are sure to have a great time.
