Cardio KB w/Cheri

Description

Attention all “Adrenaline Junkies”!!  Join Cheri for this fun CARDIO class incorporating: Tae Bo, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and sports/athletic moves.  Punch, jab, uppercut and kick to high energy (and volume) music guaranteed to make you sweat.  This class is famous for its “BUTT BLAST” ending where we perform specific exercises that target the glutes.  All standing or using the barre- no floorwork.  Please bring water and a towel.
