Come join in for this interactive INTRO session. Classes will begin on 9/9.  Please wear comfy clothes to move in and just socks to start if you don’t have ballet shoes. Ballet is wonderful for adults. It teaches you to stand up straight with good posture, helps your balance and improves coordination and graceful movement. Todays INTRO is free but she will be enrolling students for the September classes starting on 9/9.

With a passion for teaching and coaching in a positive and constructive manner, and a firm belief in injury prevention, Mindy has brought her expertise to the Harkness Ballet School, The Academy of Ballet Florida, Boca Ballet Theatre, British Ballet Academy, Peaches School of Dance, Michael’s Academy of Performing Arts, Carol Colbert School of Dance, Boca Raton’s Promise, the National Society of Arts and Letters, and the Palm Beach County public school system. She has taught master classes in different parts of the U.S, and has choreographed and directed musical theater productions for local high schools and middle schools. As a private performing arts coach, her students have excelled to their personal best, winning or placing in international, national, state, and local competitions and pageants.
