Computer Club

Description

The Computer Club consists of residents who help other residents by sharing their knowledge and skills. Classes are available for all levels of technology users from novice to advanced. We are always looking for any resident who is interested in providing a class to get involved. If this might be you, contact us at stonecreektech@gmail.com to discuss topics and possibilities.

The Computer Club would like to keep you informed about classes and technology related activities at Stone Creek. In order to do that, you need to subscribe to our mailing list. You will receive periodic notices of classes or presentations that the club sponsors. Membership is not necessary to receive these club communications. To sign up for communications only from the Computer Club, send an email with name and email address in the body of the note to: stonecreektech@gmail.com.

If you would like to join the Computer Club, the current cost is $5 per year. As a member you can attend unlimited classes. You can join and pay the dues to any club officer at any in-person class. Non-member residents may attend two classes yearly after which each class costs $5. Registration for classes is not necessary: just show up.

We strive to help residents get the most out of their computers, tablets and phones, and Internet use. Handheld devices are increasingly important; we can help you to utilize yours more productively. Our classes provide instruction and suggestions in using various devices and applications. Except for summer months we generally offer several classes each month.
