This is a group strength training class designed to help you learn the fundamental basics of free weight training using dumbbells, body bars and body weight exercises. Your instructor is a Certified Personal Trainer: Mark Trower. This is a CO-ED class and is considered Level 1 for newcomers to strength training. You will learn safety protocol, proper form and technique.
Mark will be welcoming newcomers but will insure that intermediate level participants are challenged sufficiently.
