Level 2 strength training for men in a group setting coached by a Personal Trainer. Participants work with dumbbells, weighted bars, stability balls and more. Moderate weight loads from 6lbs to 20lbs. This class assumes that you have been working out recently and have experience with free weight training. Join them on Mondays and Thursdays at 3:00pm. Requirements: standing in proper position for strength training, squats, lunges. Moving to the bench and floor for chest presses and abdominal exercises. Please bring water and a towel.
Newcomers please start with the Men’s Strength Level 1 class at 4:00pm.
